I have been a realtor for 8 years and commonly staged my clients homes without any formal training, because I knew their homes would sell quicker and for more money if properly staged. Honestly though, it is because I love to decorate. I had taken a staging course previously for realtors which pretty much gave me basics, but not much else. Going through the HSR certification training has been a total game changer. I have gained so much knowledge, not just about staging but how to run your business. The staging part I had down pat. However, I know now that my business would have suffered on the marketing (web design, presentations, bold, etc) end had it not been for HSR.

I have completed both the Staging course and the e-design course. I love the way the information is not only practical but immediately usable as well. I was able to start working with my first e-design client right away. I am not techy, but by using the training and videos, I was able to easily handle using the e-design technology.

I've been telling friends, "I wish my college professors had set me up for success as much as Audra has provided in this course." And it's absolutely true. I had always wanted to branch out and do a home staging service. When we had to shelter in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided I would use that time to grind out the training and start my business after years of just dreaming about it. I am impressed beyond words at the value that I received with the Home Staging Resource Certification program. I am still overwhelmed with the information provided and know that I will use the members site and the manual for a very long time! I am a full time corporate associate during the day working as a Director in the Human Resources field. It took me 3 months to finish this 3 week program, so do not think that you can't do it. I just finished my first home staging consultation a few days ago and I am now partnered with a local agent that has already booked consultation #2! I've been an interior designer for over 30 years. I wanted to add home staging to my services but had no idea how to charge for the staging. Getting my certification from HSR answered my questions as well as gave me creative marketing ideas to reenergize my existing design business.

I first came into home staging when I put my own home for sale that we had lived in for 20 yrs. Our realtor had seen the before and after and went bazooka over the transformation. (The staging profession was calling me). I am not new to art and design, but the HSR program was so incredibly integral in my learning about the BUSINESS of staging. I couldn't have formed this immediate business so quickly without it. Just while I was DOING the certification, I had earned over $10,000 in 5 months. That was without even marketing, but just casually mentioning it to people I know that I was doing Home Staging certification, I was given staging consults and office redesign projects. I have been a designer for many years but I am fairly new to staging. I have learned SO much from this program and I think it's great how Audra really pumps you up to be successful!
