New Designer Bedding for House Staging Vendor

Are you struggling with finding designer bedding for house staging projects?  When it comes to selling your home, staging can make a huge difference in how quickly your home sells and for how much. One aspect of staging that is often overlooked is bedding. Bedding has the biggest impact on the overall look and feel of a bedroom, and the right bedding can make a space feel warm, inviting, and luxurious.  Beautiful bedrooms start with plush bedding because the bed is typically the focal point of every bedroom!

Below I outline what kind of bedding your should use for house staging but I first have to introduce a new bedding vendor inside my HSR Certified Staging and Redesign training for house staging specifically... LushDecor.

HSR Member Wholesale Bedding for House Staging

I'm so excited to announce a new vendor partnership inside my HSR Staging Certification training for bedding for house staging!  I know that so many of my stagers struggle with finding GORGEOUS bedding for their staging projects on a consistent basis, so this vendor and deep wholesale portal with "bedding bundles" they specifically created for staging is AWESOME!

Here's a video I made about it...and another perk to membership:

Bedding for Staging Hot Tips

So what kind of bedding should you use for house staging? Here are some tips

6 Keys to Choosing the Right Bedding for Staging a Home

  • Keep it simple: When it comes to bedding for house staging, less is often more. Stick to neutral colors and simple patterns. This will help create a clean, uncluttered look that will appeal to a wide range of potential buyers.  White is a good go-to because it expands the space, creates a neutral palette for pillows and is easy to wash (bleach).  Below is a curated bundle for HSR staging members at a wholesale pricing:

  • Invest in high quality: While you don't need to break the bank, investing in high-quality bedding can make a big difference in how the home is perceived. Look for bedding made from natural materials like cotton or linen. These materials not only look and feel luxurious, but they're also more breathable and comfortable.  There is a huge, visual difference between plush, high quality and luxury bedding and the cheaper alternative.  As a stager, make sure to up your game in this area in order to stand-out.

  • Layer up: Layering bedding can help create a cozy, inviting look that will make potential buyers want to curl up and stay awhile. Consider layering a duvet or comforter over a lightweight quilt or coverlet, and adding a few throw pillows to complete the look.  Every bundle created for stagers in the Lush Decor line includes two types of bedding and the one below even includes the most luxurious white throw.  This is higher level luxury bedding for staged homes:

  • Add Texture Especially in White Rooms: Painting walls white is a trend in staging bedrooms because they photograph so well.  The problem arises when everything becomes white and there is a lack of texture in the space.  Texture is fundamental to good design, so I love the bundle below as an option because it adds so much visual texture to the staged bed.

  • Don't forget the demographic:  What type of buyer is going to want this staged home and how can we create the look they will be aspiring to?  In newer neighborhoods it's very common that these will be families with teens or young ones, so I love that Lush Decor also created bedding staging bundles for boys and girls.

  • Don't forget the details: Small details can make a big impact when it comes to staging a home. Make sure your bedding is properly fitted and wrinkle-free, and consider adding a throw blanket or a few decorative pillows to add some visual interest.

By following these tips, you can create a bedroom that will appeal to potential buyers and help your home sell more quickly. Remember, bedding is just one aspect of staging, but it can make a big difference in how your home is perceived.

I love finding these kinds of deals for my members because I  know that shopping is our jam and getting great pricing on bedding for staging is essential!
