Annika is a real estate investor mainly focusing on growing her own STR portfolio and flipping houses while running an apparel sales organization. Design has been a passion and a hobby of Annika's for years so she was excited to turn it into an exciting vacation rental design business business that compliments what she was already doing.
Annika specializes in adding amenities that creates a "stand out" rental. In the photos below, she transformed an unused basement into a speakeasy of sorts along with adding extra beds.

My husband and I renovate distressed houses and turn them into turn key, cash flowing STRs.
