Staging Award Winners for October

I'm taking some time off over the holidays from blogging and workshops since I'm working on a HUGE, EXCITING project that I will be launching in January...so stay tuned for that!

Having said that, I NEVER get tired of bragging about my staging award winners work and for October's Best of the Best, the National Association of Realtors blog took notice and featured two articles with AMAZING transformations you won't believe!

Best Home Staging Makeovers:  Earthy Vibes, Textured Fabrics and Inspiration to Draw from with the October Staging Award Winners

Here are some of the photos featured in the first article but please go to the link above to see all of them because the stories behind the work is so inspiring!  These staging award winners are getting harder and harder to pick...

Home Staging that Delivered BIG Results

The second article focused on the staging award winners who had home's with HUGE happy endings in that the design helped to sell them quickly and for a TON more money...woot!

You won't believe the staging success stories in this second article!

Addie Ashworth took a listing that had zero updates and zero budget but transformed it (see below), so that it had more than 270 showings and 43 offers—all above list price. The seller accepted a cash offer with no contingencies for $165,000 over the asking price. The home closed in five days....woohoo!  Check out the kitchen!
