Woohoo, the Real Estate Staging Association's Consumer Guide has been released and it is beautiful! This new guide is filled with brand new 2020 home staging statistics, advice on what to do before and after staging, as well as showing and moving guides for your sellers. I particularly LOVE the new statistics they collected which I helped them gather.
Since I know you are going to want to create some of your own branded images to promote these new statistics, I created a Canva Template of cool imagery like the one below that you can have for free!
Surveying over 13,000 staged homes is amazing! Interestingly, the survey also showed that the more people tended the spend on the staging, the better return on investment they captured on the sale of their home!
If you're a stager or designer, I highly recommend you download the new RESA Guide and share it on your social media, website and even possibly use it to create a sales funnel to capture leads on your site. RESA has said to share away and this Consumer Guide will be very helpful to further our industry and educate sellers on the benefits of staging.
