2025 Builder Trends that are a Bust

New construction is popping up all over the country and these 2025 builder trends are not ones that will have staying power, so avoid them at all costs! When we look at trends, we have to assess WHERE in the lifecycle that trends resides. New builds all over are putting it fixed finishes that are towards the end of their trend lifecycle, so the likelihood of the new home owner wanting to tear it out in five years is unfortunately high.
