Annika is a real estate investor mainly focusing on growing her own STR portfolio and flipping houses while running an apparel sales organization. Design has been a passion and a hobby of Annika's for years so she was excited to turn it into an exciting vacation rental design business business that compliments what she was already doing.

My husband and I renovate distressed houses and turn them into turn key, cash flowing STRs. My designs have caught the attention of many buyers/investors who are on a wait list to be notified when our properties are ready to go on market.
